Join an evening of reflection and health mapping, followed by a guided craft session making a 5x7" intention frame based on your insights!

Join Alicia Harper of Groundwork Prime and Casey Pavlosky of Honey Creative Hive for an evening of guided reflection and multidimensional health mapping, followed by a creative session where we’ll make intention frames based on our insights.

In this workshop, you’ll gain a clearer picture of your current rhythms and where you may want to shift. This is a space to explore what’s supporting you and what might be asking for more attention.

We’ll then bring those insights into a hands-on creative process, designing an intention frame with guidance from Honey Creative Hive - a tangible reminder of what you’re calling in.

Participants can choose from pressed botanicals, textured papers, and vintage books and maps to create a meaningful collage in a 5x7" floating glass frame.
